    • Butter chicken sauce: onion, passata/tomato purée, ground almonds, ginger-garlic paste, spices, sour cream, butter

    • Cheeses: cottage cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan

    • Oil or butter for cooking

Step-by-Step Process To Make Butter chicken lasagna:

Step-1: Marinate the Chicken

Cube or butterfly 2 lbs of boneless, skinless chicken.Mix cumin, garam masala, salt, cayenne, tandoori masala, and kasuri methi in a small bowl.Rub this mixture over the chicken.Refrigerate for 30 to 60 minutes.

Whisk yogurt, oil, and ginger-garlic paste in a large bowl.Coat each chicken piece in the yogurt mix.Place them on a greased baking tray.
